Message	people had suggested I drained the system as much as I could thinking the fluid might need changing. I put in ATF dextron III and bled the system as stated in the FSM but still had the problem. It got worse over the last year until like it is now where I can hardly even turn the wheel. It feels like it does when you try to turn the wheel while the car is not running. Thats why I'm thinking it may be the PS pump after all.
